| Alaska's "golden heart" city - Fairbanks is home to a traditional year-round camp that has warmed many a heart with what it offers. For over 40 years, Camp Li-Wa has built a reputation with it's summer programs, building lives worth living. Bible based values are integrated with an exciting fun-filled camp experience. Develop lasting friendships while you enjoy the adventures that await you. A camp favorite, the climbing wall, offers challenges and rewards as you scale to the top and ring the bell. If you like to keep your feet on the ground, then the archery or rifle range may excite you. Our lake entices you to enjoy a relaxing time in the canoes or paddleboat. You can always try your creative energies at the craft house and take home your own creations. Finally, experience the thrill of a horseback ride and visit our many wonderful animals at the petting farm. Discovering your purpose in life could be the ultimate adventure as you find God has created you for a relationship with Him. |

| Trailside Discovery | |
| Coed summer day camp | Anchorage, Alaska |
| Trailside Discovery is the largest environmental education and adventure camp in Alaska. Our programs emphasize interactive, enjoyable, hands-on outdoor experiences. Trailside Discovery is owned and operated by Alaska Center for the Environment, a nonprofit, member-supported advocacy organization that protects and promotes Alaska's wild lands, and the communities and wildlife that depend on them. Trailside Discovery Camp is located at the Campbell Creek Science Center in south Anchorage on 740 acres of pristine wilderness. Campers ages 4 -17 slog through bogs, explore forests, tread gently across trails, learning about nature while immersed in it. |
