Our horse Day Camp Program is structured around two goals: One is to learn about horsemanship and the other is to build self-esteem and inner character qualities. This unique camp offers the exciting adventure of being at a real horse stable in a positive atmosphere. Campers are grouped by age and ability for most activities to allow each camper to receive maximum benefit from the program.

Wolf Ridge is an accredited residential environmental school by the North Central Association and the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation. Located on 2000 acres above Lake Superior in Northern Minnesota, our summer programs immerse 6 - 18 year olds in hands-on, direct experiences in nature that promote the values of personal growth; conservation and stewardship; social understanding, respect, cooperation; and life-long learning.

Participants can attend for 1 - 4 weeks and can sign up for a variety of programs during that time. Programs Include; Overnight Camps, Day Camps, Summer Academic Programs, and Wilderness Adventure Trips to the Boundary Water Canoe Area Wilderness, Isle Royale National Park or the Apostle Islands. We provide a safe and fun camp environmental where participants will have the opportunity to try new activities such as, adventure ropes, lake ecology, geocaching, rock climbing, canoeing in the Boundary Water Canoe Area Wilderness, kayaking on Lake Superior, cultural history, overnight campouts, backpacking on the Superior Hiking Trail, crafts and recreation. Summer program focusing on farm animals and horses. We will focus on the responsibilities and fun that come along with having farm animals and pets, such as feeding, grooming and correct handling.

Our Camp is unique because it is designed exclusively for young animal lovers aged 5 to 16. Activities include: Riding, Swimming, Animal Care, Crafts.

Live your Rock Star dreams this summer! Whether you're a beginner or a more advanced player, DayJams offers you the opportunity to learn guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, and vocals. You'll work with professional musicians and teachers in a friendly and creative environment.

DayJams was created for kids between the ages of 8-15 by the National Guitar Workshop (NGW), the nation's largest summer music program. Since 1984, NGW has been teaching musicians at overnight programs across North America. At DayJams, younger students obtain a similar experience at day camps in their own communities. Our professional staff of music teachers, art teachers, and counselors is committed to providing a safe, fun-filled week of music and creativity.

Camp Olson YMCA is a residential and day camp located on the edge of the Chippewa National Forest in north-central Minnesota. Camp's 1250 acres of north woods property touches the shoreline of five lakes, the largest of which is two square miles in size.

We have an extensive sailing, riding, tripping and traditional crafts program.
