Where learning and fun are rolled into one. . . Now in our 32nd year, National Computer Camp is America's original computer camp since 1977. The focus at NCC is 2D and 3D video game design, computer programming, digital video production, web page design, A+ and Network+ certification and software applications including networking, animation, Flash and graphics. Each week we offer all levels of programming in Basic, C++, Java, Assembler, HTML, XML, OpenGL and JavaScript. Campers may attend one or multi-week sessions with a continuous curriculum that is age appropriate and suitable for beginners to super advanced. The camps are ideal for both experienced and first time campers. Coed ages 8-18 residential and day programs. An optional sports program is also available. Riding is our speciality. Incredible opportunity to improve riding skills with twice daily lessons on same horse. Jumping, cross country, dressage on 400 acres, mountain trail riding, indoor arena. Competitions for all levels. Certified instructors. 2, 4, 6, & 8-week sessions. Ages 8 -17.

Each summer the world famous New York Film Academy Film and Acting Camps give hundreds of high school students an unforgettable and transformative experience in Filmmaking, Acting and 3-D Animation. Our high school camps are designed for students with little or no previous filmmaking, acting or animation experience. They are hands-on intensive workshops that teach all aspects of the filmmaking process - writing, shooting, directing, and editing is taught by award winning instructors.

Thomas School Summer Day Camp is a small camp filled with 65 years of tradition. At TSH we facilitate children learning life long skills such as responsibility, compassion, gentle communication, teamwork and the joys of success through interactions with horses and quality staff. Boys and girls from 3 years old to 15 year olds participate in daily horseback riding lessons, horse care lessons, and a stable period for the older campers. In addition to the full horsemanship program, campers enjoy daily swim lessons, and choose from a variety of sports and arts, such as tennis, gymnastics, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, archery, dance and drama. The unique teen program draws a great group of teens who would rather be with horses than travel every day. Often these teens have their sights on becoming a camp counselor.

Many campers make it a year round activity by continuing riding lessons throughout the school year. Horses become a way of life for these children. The camp is being directed by Nancy Thomas, who is the 2nd generation owner-director. Not only are new families joining every year, but many children and grandchildren of past campers are experiencing the joys that their parents remember.

With exciting day camps & teen travel camps, short-term sleepaway camps, specialty camps, and camps for children with developmental disabilities, we have a program tailor-made for your child's interests and needs.

We provide a great out-of-the-city experience for our campers, most of whom come from Manhattan. Session lengths range from 2 - 8 weeks; sports, swimming, specialized arts, ceramics, digital photography & film making, ropes course, trips & overnights for older campers, and more.

Hofstra Specialty Camp offers a broad spectrum of co-ed specialty camps-with the flexibility to register for two, four, six or seven-week sessions- for children entering Kindergarten through 9th grade. Hofstra Sports Academy Camp is for campers whose interests are strictly athletic, and are supervised by Hofstra's well-known, NCAA coaching staff; train with the best! For children entering second through 12th grades, we offer sports academy camps in co-ed baseball, girls' basketball, boys' basketball, boys' lacrosse, softball, soccer, dance and cheer camps. In both camps, our goal is to assist in the development of the whole child-educationally, athletically, artistically, and socially. Hofstra Summer Camps combine the excitement of our wide-ranging curriculum with the professionalism of our distinguished and caring instructors.

Specialty campers choose one specialty each two-week session. Campers may participate in the specialty camps for two, four or six weeks. Campers spend one-half of each day participating in their area of specialization and the other half in planned recreational activities, which includes a period of instructional swim in our Olympic-sized pool. Additionally, a special end-of-the season, one-week program (Session 4) is offered for youngsters who wish to engage in a full-day camp program. *Tuition includes transportation and lunch.

A fun day camp with a great staff that offers door to door bus transportation in the borough of Queens, New York. Live your Rock Star dreams this summer! Whether you're a beginner or a more advanced player, DayJams offers you the opportunity to learn guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, and vocals. You'll work with professional musicians and teachers in a friendly and creative environment.

DayJams was created for kids between the ages of 8-15 by the National Guitar Workshop (NGW), the nation's largest summer music program. Since 1984, NGW has been teaching musicians at overnight programs across North America. At DayJams, younger students obtain a similar experience at day camps in their own communities. Our professional staff of music teachers, art teachers, and counselors is committed to providing a safe, fun-filled week of music and creativity.

Chelsea Piers, Manhattan's premier destination for youth sports, is home to 12 specialty sports camps for children and teens, ages 3 to 17 years.
